We are thrilled with the result! Our website was in need of "spiffing up", and after the half Design Day, we were delighted to find that it had been transformed into a much more sleek and functional site. Additions like search bars, "Read more like this" collections for the blog, easily scrolled client testimonials, and more will make our website much more user-friendly and encourage visitors to spend more time when they drop by.

We knew that our mobile site was not optimized at all, and because about half of our daily traffic is from mobile users, we knew this was a problem we needed to fix! I think our updated look will help users on both desktop and mobile find the information they're looking for and encourage them to browse through our other available resources and services. Ultimately, we hope that this accessibility will result in more quality leads for our business, especially from primarily mobile users.

We knew some of what we needed help with concerning our site going in, and we appreciated how you also brought many ideas for improvement to the table, many things that would not have occurred to us as being important when it comes to the user experience with our website. We know what makes for a good novel, but a good website is a totally different thing! We were hoping to find someone who understood our needs and could jump into an already live website to make those changes—changes that, to us, seemed like a lot of work. It was a relief to be able to hand our website over and know it was in good hands.

We were looking for an expert who could help us straighten out our website in terms of mobile accessibility and a few other issues, and Katelyn met and exceeded our expectations! During our half Design Day, she was able to not only able to tackle our concerns but also to add great features to our website that will help us reach our audience more effectively and improve the user experience on our site. The overview video that she provided to summarize her changes and the extremely generous resource collection have been learning experiences in themselves, and as website DIYers, we appreciate learning from an expert!
